Account and Billing
You can add your aircraft tail number to your account by logging into your account for the Jeppesen online shop and proceeding to Aircraft Details from the dropdown by clicking on the person icon. View a step-by-step guide that shows you how to add tail numbers.
- Go to shop.jeppesen.com (you don’t need to be logged in to pay the invoice) and click PAY INVOICE.
- Select ProForma, enter account number, order number, and click RETRIEVE PROFORMA.
Once logged into your account, you can download and view copies of your receipts from the MY INVOICES section. View step-by-step instructions for how to download and view copies of your receipts.
You can add additional users' contact information to an organization account by logging into your account from shop.jeppesen.com, proceeding to MY COMPANY, and clicking the ADD NEW button. For more details, view a detailed step-by-step instructional guide.
You can add or update your phone number by logging into your account from shop.jeppesen.com and then proceeding to ACCOUNT DETAILS.

Log in to your account.
Click on the PAY INVOICE button in the right corner of shop.jeppesen.com.
Enter your account number and invoice number, which can be found in the upper right section of your invoice. (Please note that when you log in to your account, you need to enter your credit card details, whereas if you choose to pay without logging in, you'll need to fill out your invoice details before entering your credit card information.)
- Upon completion of payment, if logged in, you will be emailed a confirmation of your payment to the email address associated with the account. If you are not logged in, you will be asked to manually enter an email of your choice. You can also access a receipt of your payment from the MY INVOICES section in your account.

In the upper-right corner of the page, click the person icon or your name and then click LOGIN.
Click on change password.
Enter your current password and your new password, and click SAVE.
- Proceed to shop.jeppesen.com.
- In the upper-right corner of the page, click the person icon and then click LOGIN.
- Enter your email address within the EMAIL ADDRESS field.
- Please enter your existing password. If you do not know your existing password, do a password reset, and the system will send you a password reset link to the email on file.
- Once you have entered your username (email address) and password, click LOGIN.
If you are logging in for the first time, please follow the below steps:
- After you click the login button, you will be redirected to the linking accounts page.
- Please select yes, link my account!
- Once you select yes, and click CONTINUE, an email notification with a link to update your password will be sent to your email inbox.
Please note password reset instructions with a link will come from "Jeppesen Store." Click on “Request a password update” to be redirected to the Reset Password page. If your link field is greyed out, go to your settings for your email provider and unblock hyperlinks to continue. - Enter a new password that meets the criteria and click SAVE.
After saving, you will be redirected back to the login page. A confirmation message will display confirming your password has been updated. - You can now log in using your new password.
Shopping
- Stronger Authentication: MFA requires users to provide two or more forms of verification before accessing their accounts or making a purchase. This typically includes something the user knows (like a password) and something they have (like a smartphone for receiving a verification code).
- Reduces Risk of Unauthorized Access: With MFA, even if a hacker obtains a user's password, they will still need the second factor (e.g., a code sent to the user's phone) to gain access. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access, as it's much harder for attackers to compromise both factors.
- Protects Against Phishing and Credential Theft: MFA helps mitigate the risk of phishing attacks, in which users unknowingly provide their login credentials to malicious actors. Even if a user falls victim to phishing and reveals their password, the additional authentication factor adds a crucial barrier against unauthorized access.
- Enhances Payment Security: In the context of credit card security, MFA ensures that even if someone obtains a user's credit card details, they cannot make unauthorized purchases without the second factor of authentication. This adds an extra layer of security for payment transactions.
