Returns and Cancellations Policy
To request an eligible credit or refund, please email us at returns@jeppesen.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for all returns. Refunds will not be made on unauthorized returns.
This policy ("Right To Return Policy") only applies to purchases you have made from Boeing Digital Solutions, Inc., or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates ("Jeppesen"), including purchases through shop.jeppesen.com, or any other web site of Jeppesen that links to this Right To Return Policy. This Right To Return Policy does not apply to purchases made by airlines, air cargo carriers, or government or military entities.

Please note that products not purchased directly from Jeppesen must be returned to the place of purchase and are subject to the return policies at the place of purchase.
All refunds are credited to the original payment method and original charge card.
Jeppesen only accepts returns of products in resalable condition. Certain products are not eligible to be returned for a refund. For example, products that are non-current (including Paper Charts), returned opened without the original packaging/shrink-wrap, or returned with pricing stamps, glue residue, bent covers, inserts, or stickers are not considered resalable and not eligible for a refund. Please see below for details regarding specific types of products.
Annual Subscription Cancellation & Termination Policy
There are no refunds for annual subscriptions. If you purchased an annual subscription and you opt in for auto-renewal, the renewal payment will be applied based on your payment method on file. If you choose to disable auto-renewal, your subscription will expire at the end of your annual billing cycle. In the event Jeppesen, in its sole discretion determines to discontinue an electronic data service, Jeppesen reserves the right to terminate the electronic data services prior to the end of any current electronic data service subscription. Jeppesen will provide notification to customer as soon as reasonably practical. If Jeppesen discontinues the electronic data service, Jeppesen will, upon reasonable request, issue a prorated refund for unused portion of the subscription period .
Single Update/Trip Kit Policy for Electronic Data or Paper Charts
There are no refunds for single update/trip kit purchases for electronic data or paper charts. Electronic data means data/electronic information distributed via the Internet. Paper charts means printed charts delivered as physical goods.
Avionics Data Update Accessories
Returns of blank data cards and Skybound G2 hardware will be accepted within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase for a full credit with no restocking fee. Defective blank data cards and Skybound USB hardware purchased are eligible for a warranty exchange within ninety (90) days of the date of purchase.
Bundles and Kits
Training "bundles" or "kits" are eligible for return if they are in unopened condition.
Incomplete bundles or kits are not eligible for return.
Online Training Refund Policies
Customers are eligible for a refund within thirty (30) days of original purchase, if less than two (2) lessons have been completed. No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the original date of purchase; or if more than two lessons have been completed.
Training – Printed Books and Pilot Supplies
Customers are eligible for a refund within thirty (30) days of original purchase, if less than two (2) lessons have been completed. No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the original date of purchase; or if more than two lessons have been completed.

Customers are eligible for a refund within thirty (30) days of original purchase if printed books items are returned in resalable condition. Books which have been purchased and subsequently revised within thirty (30) days of purchase may be returned for purchase credit within thirty (30) days of purchase. No refunds will be issued after thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase. Book returns should be mailed to Jeppesen, Training Department, 55 Inverness Drive East, Englewood, CO 80112 within thirty (30) days of purchase.

E-books are not eligible for return or refund
Other Pilot Supplies
Jeppesen pilot supplies, such as the flight calculators, bags, and plotters, may be refunded if there are defects in materials and workmanship for a period of up to three (3) years from the date of purchase, provided however, such product returns require product registration to be completed upon purchase
