Account Linking Information

Why linking is important

The Boeing family of companies wants to offer you, our customer, a comprehensive, unified experience for discovering, buying and using the products and services offered by all our brands. This includes Jeppesen and Aviall. We've updated our Privacy and Cookie Statement to allow us to share customer personal data, going forward, within this family of brands and companies so we can provide you with:

  • A unified online experience, including a single log in

  • One consolidated support function for all your inquiries

  • Personalized interactions with us, and

  • Relevant and personalized marketing and promotions communications, subject to your contact preferences

Linking your account allows us to use your historical data for the same purposes. We are intially linking user information, such as phone number, email, billing and shipping addresses, aircraft and avionics device details, and credit profiles to your Boeing Global Services Marketplace account. Additional historical information, such as orders, will be added over time.

If you don't want to link your historical account information, you'll need to create a new Boeing Global Services Marketplace account and add the user information, aircraft tail, and avionics information you'd like available in your new account. You can pay with a credit card using the new account, but customers with net terms will need to reapply if setting up a new account.
